So I am going to start a series of healthy meals because recently I have start getting into fitness and lifting weight also I will be posting my progress and how I do my workout ! :p
This is the breakfast that I made for myself nearly everyday !
It is super easy
Ingredient -
- Strawberry
- Blackberry
- Blueberry
- 0 Fat Yogurt
- Chia Seed
- Fiber Bran
- w/non-sweetend Almond Milk
This is it! is super simple and healthy with Hight fibre to start the day off very nice and easy :)
