One month Progress of (beginner girl) Weight Lifting
So I just started to life weights 1 month ago and now lets see the result !
My body fat was 30 % ! That is over weight! But now I decrease it but I do not know the exact body fat I have tho. But I can say it definitely decreases.
If you want to loose body fat than you have to lift weight to turn fat into muscle and not cardio workout!! this is really important guys. Because I was doing cardio before whole my life and I just realise that 2 months ago! You have to lift weight to loose body fat.
So I will search up workouts everyday for the area where I am going to train tomorrow and I usually go to youtube and do their workouts

I can tell you that I have no abs 1 months ago ! and there is just fat around my belly ~
And the cool thing is I did not even do abs workout, I only did leg and arms. when you do other workouts then it will trains your abs as well! you can still do abs workouts but I am trying to say that you can do arm and leg exercises but still loose belly fay :p

I did not have muscle lines on my arms before ! I am not lying and after 1 month I have it am I love my body more! before I hated my arms because they are so straight.

If you want to do cardio workouts ! please do Hiit Cardio !

This can be the abs workout ! It uses your own body weight to train!

Of course if you only exercise you can not loose weight or body fat that fast!
You have to have a balance diet too~ I will post How to make and prepare your meal!
It is super easy because if I can make it than everyone can because I am that lazy >.<
The food that I have made is really healthy n quick n yummy :p
