Today I want to share to you guys about my different breakfast style, it is healthy and tasty and also don't need to take a lot of time to prepare at all! Breakfast is very important, so you can skip other meals but please not breaky, breaky wants you !!!
Today I want to share to you guys about my different breakfast style, it is healthy and tasty and also don't need to take a lot of time to prepare at all! Breakfast is very important, so you can skip other meals but please not breaky, breaky wants you !!!
Avocado Egg Roll
So the first breakfast dish is the avocado egg roll, this is the quickest and simplest one.
You will only need 3 ingredients
1.Wrap
2. Avocado
3.Egg
The first step is to squash the avocado into avocado mash then put in no the wrap like a pizza
Then take out your frying pan and make an egg!
Any king of egg you like, cheese egg, normal egg, ham egg...
Then put it on top of it like so
Then roll it up and you can enjoy your easy simple healthy breakfast.
It gives you all the nutrient you need to kick start your day

Fruit sandwich
This sandwich is a fruit sandwich, maybe you will think it dose not match together but it does! and it taste really good.
The ingredient you will need is
1. Strawberry
2. toast x2 (any kind, white bread, whole grain)
3. Banana
4.Peanut Butter
5. Honey
you can change the ingredients like use different fruit everyday for change your taste, or just put strawberry in the middle and banana on top for a change, if you think it is always the same.
Step One
Cut the strawberries into small pieces and smash the banana into mash so it is sticky and it won't fall out of the sandwich while your eating.
Step two
For the first layer put the peanut butter on top
Second layer which is the upper one put honey on top
Step three
Put the mash banana on top of peanut butter layer
Put the strawberry on top of honey layer
Step Four
Stack the bread on top of each other, which ever way you prefer
for me I want strawberry on top so peanut butter and banana is down below.
So these 2 are the Healthy and Tasty and Quick breakfast that you can choose to have, if you like it please comment below and tell me so I can know~
